As the Director of SERVICOM, I am honoured to welcome you to this service-oriented arm of the University, established to promote excellence in service delivery, responsiveness, accountability, and continuous improvement in all institutional processes.

The SERVICOM Directorate plays a critical role in ensuring that the University adheres to the principles of service excellence by setting service standards, monitoring compliance, handling complaints, and improving the quality of service delivery across all units.
